There is so much to say. Thankyou for the prayers everyone. They are helping! We went up and down Paulista Av. this last friday giving away Book of Mormons and it was really something. I cant wait until I can actually understand people’s concerns and help them. I’ve been studying fasting lately, so if anyone has comments on experiences or thoughts on the subject, I would love to hear them.  I love how Isaiah sayes that with fasting, we can break every yolk.  To care is divine.  Caring about life, other people, your future, and even the little things. I have learned that through Christ, we can overcome apathy because His Atonement takes the pain out of caring.  We are commanded to be perfect even as God is and that commandment is still in force. Our divine potential drives us to want to be perfect. This is a good thing.  And yet… living in the fallen world that we do, we know that we will continually and inevitably be falling short. That is one reason why it is so important to use the Atonement daily. The Atonement takes the pain out of being imperfect.  Christ invites us to care, to feel sad when we fall short and to see our inadequacies, and then, when we see things as they really are, He invites us to partake of His love and be one with him. He picks us up, dusts us off and then tells us to take our new knowledge and try again.  Its incredible.  Sometimes I feel overwhelmed. I wonder what will keep me going out there and improving. The answer is people.  We might struggle with our weaknesses and feel discouraged, but as soon as we meet someone who needs this gospel, the world turns up side down and helping them recieve it becomes the most important thing, in fact the only thing worth thinking about.  I can almost guarentee that it was through thinking about us and our individual worries and needs that Christ had the strength to finish the Atonement. This is a priciple of power. When we live with virtuous thoughts, we are allowed to live in the Terrestrial kingdom while still on earth, when we are serving each other and consecrating everything we have and are to it, we are allowed to live in the Celestial. I love you all ! I will be on the plane next tuesay!!!!!
